For more than 15 years, Mr. Shramek has been a trial lawyer assisting clients with matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance law, premises liability, and bankruptcy. He has tried significant cases in both state and federal courts, helping obtain fair and just results for injured victims of negligence. He graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Bill is a member of the New York Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers where he served as Chair of the New Lawyers section. Bill has lectured other attorneys on a wide variety of legal issues at Continuing Legal Education seminars. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts, the United States District Court, Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York. He is also admitted to practice in Ohio. (Inactive status).
